Every photo and video you see on our site was created by WrongBird. Capturing cinematic and compelling aerial visuals takes more than just a good camera.
Mapping and Analysis
From construction site progress photos, to incredibly accurate aerial maps, we love the science behind the images, and you’ll love the time, money and effort you’ll save.
Inspection and Evaluation
Complete a variety of inspections that would be dangerous or time consuming to perform with traditional methods, quickly and safely. Send your team home safely each night.
WrongBird is focused on blending the Art and Science of Aerial Imagery.
This focus takes on many forms, from utilizing the best technological tools to achieve your cinematic vision, to using the images we capture to extract real and valuable truths about the world we live in. By constantly walking the line between the two worlds, we believe our clients will maximize the benefits of our services.
What makes us stand out?
My nephew has a drone, why shouldn’t I just hire him?
Part 107 Certified
All of our pilots have passed the FAA required Part 107 certification exams, and can be trusted to deliver your images legally and with an emphasis on safety.
Efficient and Affordable
Hiring a plane or helicopter can be expensive and time consuming. We offer great results, with a minimum of hassle, and with less expense.
While we love keeping our head in the clouds, we also excel in offering more traditional ground based images and film. We have taken hundreds of thousands of images in the past 10 years.
Do you need help bringing your vision to life? Let us help you assemble your imagery into a finished product. Our staff is experienced in many aspects of print, digital, and film production.
In 2018 we travelled to the southern hemisphere for the first time, spending a week in Brazil, travelling on the Rio Negro.
We’ve been to Haiti 5 times since 2012, working with local organizations to assist, in a small way, with recovery efforts.
We have a solid line up of camera options available to use on your project. From gimbaled action cams to DSLR’s, we likely have the right camera for your situation.
Not every drone is made the same, and not every project needs the same drone. While we don’t own every drone available, we do our best to choose the best one for the task at hand.
Sometimes the best images require going the extra mile to get there. Whether hiking 15 miles in to a location, or static climbing the nearest tree, we are ready for the challenge.
We have a full post-production suite, with great tools to improve both video and audio quality. We work hard to bring out the best in your project.
